MUMPS/ SYMPTOMS

Hemagglutination inhibition test- serological test.
ELISA antibody test.
IgM- recent infection.
In preggo- do serial IgM testing every 1 days.

Peak age- 8-10 weeks of gestation.
Triad- ophthalmic defects, auditory defects, cardiac defects ms
Strain- RA 27/3
Something >1000 CCID(50).
DIPHTHERIA
IP- 14-28 days. (Untreated).
