Dependent Localized response (more specific -> turning towards name, respond to discomfort by pulling on tubes) Responds to family (Splinting, Positioning, ROM)

Eyes open, considered awake, difficult to manage
Can manage repetative activities with decreased cognitive components
STM issues - increased agitation
