Morals refer to an individual’s own principles regarding right and wrong.

Name the 4 constituents:
Moral courage - having the conviction to do what you believe is right even if unpopular, dangerous and has high personal cost.
Honesty - dishonesty = breakdown of trust between comrades = reduced unit effectiveness.
Responsibility - acknowledging duty and acting accordingly. Leaders must show fairness and consistency.
Justice - Seeking justice for the wrongly persecuted.
Values - Service before self
Service is an act of selfless commitment, willingness to put others above ourselves. Ultimately laying down your life for others.
Name the 4 main constituents of service:
Physical courage - risking our own or others lives in the use of deadly force.
Loyalty - primary loyalty to the Crown. Loyalty to subordinates and leaders.
Commitment - to service and Nation at all times, placing their needs above our own.
Teamwork - working together with all aspects of the Service and civilian counterparts.

Striving for excellence at all times will ensure the RAF continues to improve and develop.

Personal excellence - each member must strive to achieve & maintain the highest professional and personal standards.
Discipline - most effective discipline is self discipline. Clearly understand rules. On and off duty.
