What to do if an attraction goes down

A

Make sure no guests are at any immediate risk. Radio Base (either signal 2 or 2g). Talk to guest and explain the situation, give an ETA. Test ride (confirm you’ll be 10-6). Call into Base and signal 6.

Clear guests. Radio Base (Code S). Continue to keep area clear until maintenance resolve the code.
