A 35 year old male cyclist presents with complaints scrotal pain and swelling, reports he had participated in bicycle race 2 days ago had accident where he came down straddling bicycle frame . Complains of abdominal pain in left lower quadrant mild pain in urination. On examination there was swelling and contusion of anterior abdominal wall and scrotum. Urine analysis was positive for RBCs and WBCs

76 Caucasian women past medical history of hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and tobacco use presented with three week history of progressively worsened left sided incomplete ptosis with discomfort in occipital and upper cervical regions
Complained of diplopia dilated left pupil which is non reactive to light. Displayed no other focal neurological deficits on physical exam. MRI and MRA performed before acute presentation of symptoms showed a 4mm ipsilateral left posterior communicating artery aneurysm
A. Describe muscles eyeball and their innervation
B. Describe course of motor nerves supplying to the muscles of eyeball along with common sites of injury or compression
C. Discuss afferent limb and efferent limb of pupillary light reflex
D. Explain the anatomical reasons for the presenting symptoms of this patient and correlate them to MRI findings
