Fear - could be a hyperbole, used to manipulate Macbeth into changing his ways. Could also be a true reflection, Lady Macbeth has become so overcome by her ambition that she fears morality and wants to completely disregard it.
Nature - supernatural connotations, Lady Macbeth does not want to be associated with natural forces.
“Too” - highlights her critical nature
Milk of human kindness - metaphor that connotes to purity and morality.
