E.g., swimming in a bikini is normal, but you won’t be punished for going in shorts and a tshirt.

A subculture who’s values and lifestyles distinctly oppose the values and lifestyles of the dominant culture.
E.g., LGBT community, survivalists, hipsters

Recurring patterns of behavior
E.g., your family - you each have roles and you know what to say and when and how to behave
your classroom etc.
