A Blend is Hickory Park’s version of a blizzard–
A Malt base with an average of three toppings blended – plus Whip cream.

NO CHECKS – We no longer have the capability to accept checks. If a guest has no other form of payment please alert a manager right away.
What should I do if I’d like to trade a shfit?
At the start or end of a shift–on the back of the server card
Write down the information and get it approved with Jenny, Dakota, or Elizabeth.
Weekend shift trades are only approved by Jenny or Tracy.
Weekend Shifts trades need to be done by 4 pm thursday.
What should I do if i am sick and can’t come to work?
Call the restaurant at 515-232-8940 between 10 and 10:30 am
Ask to speak with a front manager —
Do not text managers about absences.
When are weekend shift trades due?
They need to be approved by Tracy or Jenny by 4pm thursday.
What should I do if I’m running late to my shift?
Call the restaurant 515-232-8940

What happens if I am late to my shifts?
- 3 late shifts in a 2-month period will create a write-up.
- 4 late shifts in a 2-month period will result in suspension of serving shifts. You will assist until you can show you are time conscious when coming into work.
- 5 late shifts in a 2-month period will result in job loss. (Regardless of a warning call.)
