What are Principled Business Leadership Institutes?
The principled business leaders institute offer student individuals a structured program focusing on professional skill building at the individual level, while allowing for the opportunity to network with other chapters and business professionals. Attendee’s will participate in close-knit group conversations throughout the event as well as a curriculum grounded in the leadership framework of Kouzes and Posner’s “The student leadership challenge” and the fraternity’s core values and guiding principles.
