What are the two organisms considered Carbapenem Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE)?
E. Coli and Klebsiella, along with Enterobacters, they have plasmids producing carbapenem lysing enzymes.

MRSA, VRE, CRE, C. Diff, Norovirus. These are all antibiotic resistant organisms.
