Different types of copays
- Flat Fee, One Price for brand, One price for generic (tiering)
- Co-pay based on the cost of the drug (the more expensive the drug, the higher the copay)
- No co-pay, very few ins. co. have no-copay.
Prescription Log
Daily report that complies info about the prescriptions filled daily. Includes number of Rxs, may separate controlled and regular Rx. The law requires the pharmacist sign this report each day.
Financial Report
Helps corporate org assess the operation of the pharmacy and make management decisions.
Drug Utilization Report
Determine the quantity of drugs used in the pharmacy.
Third Party Report
Shows submitted to third party claim, those paid and those rejected.
