All fraternities are expected to achieve the first level. The levels represent basic operational requirements in recruitment, membership, finances, professional and service programs

LEAD schools are 1 day events held in 5 locations each fall. They provide workshops and networking opportunities for persona land fraternity development.

LEAD provincial conferences are 3 days in the spring and include banquets and meetings. They are for chapter development.
I should participate to better myself personally, professionally and fraternally while also developing my leadership skills. It is also a great change to support the Fraternity and have fun at the same time.
