Class I Cavities:
- All pit and fissure cavities on the occlusal surfaces of premolars and molars
- Cavities on the occlusal 2/3 of the facial and lingual surfaces of molars
- Cavities on the lingual surfaces of maxillary incisors
Class II Cavities:
– Cavities on the proximal surfaces of premolars and molars (posterior teeth)
Class III Cavities:
– Cavities on the proximal surfaces of incisors and canines that do not involve the incisal angle (anterior teeth)
Class IV Cavities:
