Guilt:
The conscious preoccupation with undesirable PAST thoughts and behaviors.
Worry:
A manifestation of fear that keeps the mind focused on events yet to come. (FUTURE)
Anxiety:
Psychological and physiological response to worry. (Physical and Mental)
Fear:
A state of escalated worry and apprehension that causes distinct physical and emotional reactions.
MAY BE THE SINGLE MIST POTENT STRESSFUL EMOTION.
Anger:
A transient emotional response based on the way one chooses to think about events. Usually triggered by a perceived provocation or mistreatment.
Comfort Zone:
We tend to gravitate toward our comfort zones, but to GROW, we must leave our comfort zone and move into our discomfort zone.
We have to overcome our fears for growth and it takes effort.
