Dictation: God told bible writers what to write, word for word.

Thought: God gave ideas to bible writers, who chose their own words based on God’s ideas

Whole person: God gave the ideas to Bible writers and then allowed them to choose the words based on the ideas, though they incorporated their culture, emotions, and life experiences

Illumination: God guides us to something inspired, then directs us by bringing enlightenment.

Community: The community is the inspiration, not the Bible

Experience: Experience is primary in communicating with God, not the Bible

Verbal-plenary: God is disconnected from history and time, and lives outside of it all.
