Questions Someone Might Ask Flashcards
Why do I even need a website?
- It helps someone who is seeking your product to find you rather than somebody else.
- You can use the website to convince this person to work with you rather than your competitor.
- People are encouraged to interact with you without ever stepping foot in your door.
- They can get the information they need without bothering your employees.
Isn’t getting a website expensive?
- A great website does cost, but you can be sure to invest only in projects that have a larger return than the cost - putting you that much further ahead.
- Once working, a website is very inexpensive to operate compared to the benefits you reap.
How do I know that the cost of the project will be less than the benefit?
- We work with you to understand your business goals.
- We create a mockup of how the site will look and work to help you meet your goals.
- Since you know your business better than we do, you tell us how each project impacts your business.
- We provide you a quote for less than that amount, or we don’t do the project because it isn’t worth it to you.
What can I do to keep the cost of the project down?
1) We can train you how to do much of the work yourself.
2) Let us focus upon the more difficult aspects of the project.
I don’t have much time. What can you do for me?

3) Some people expect great businesses to have their own website. They doubt businesses that don’t.
Technical stuff confuses me. How do I know whether you are the best option?
1) Not all aspects of web sites are technical.
2) We can work with you to determine your level of comfort, then take care of whatever you don’t want to do.
