Tell me about yourself
Por supuesto, comencemos en mi carrera como psicólogo en la cual gracias a las materias de intervención comunitaria apoyamos durante 1 a;o servimos a comunidades vulnerables alrededor de Ciudad Obregón. También trabaje como terapeuta de personas adultas con diabetes, y fui terapeuta voluntario en un centro para ni;os con síndrome de Down. Una vez titulado comencé a trabajar como maestro en Colegio Vizcaya y Tecmilenio. Durante mi trabajo continue estudiando la maestría y me gradué. Me convertí en coordinador y fue donde desarrolle mis habilidades comunicativas y organizativas, ejercí el liderazgo por primera vez. También me encargué de la parte logística de visitas de instituciones extranjeras. También apoye en el proyecto de ayuda a las comunidades rurales, en donde recabamamos dinero y juguetes para entregarlo en la época navideña;a a los ni;os de la comunidad de las aves del castillo. El a;o pasado utilize mi periodo vacacional y las vacaciones de Semana Santa para brindar apoyo neuropsicológicos a la comunidad queretana, en donde por cierto una paciente quedo tan agradecida que me invito a su canal local para realizarme una entrevista. Actualmente trabajo en 4 escuelas desde kinder hasta preparatoria. Comenzando el a;o decidí comenzar la búsqueda de un nuevo reto, lo que nos trae a este momento, vi su vacante en indeed y mi perfil se adecua bien a las actividades y lo que mas me intereso fue el trabajo que hacen con migrantes, creo que toda mi experiencia y mis habilidades adquiridas serian una gran adquisición para su iniciativa.
What motivates you?
I have always looked for challenges in my life, the things that drives me and motivates me is to learn new things, I’m always trying to learn something, it’s either a language or more responsibilities in a job or a degree. It’s incredibly satisfying when after a period of time you realize how far you have come after all those sacrifices and efforts.
Why are you applying for this position? What Interests you about this position?
I have always had the drive to help people, i made a contribution in my community working with people with diabetes, Down syndrome and poor people. Also i made a contribution on a national level giving neurorehab on patients in Queretaro. Now i feel im ready to make a contribution to the world. When i saw this job application and i researched you on google and YouTube i was impressed with all the work you do for migrants, you work to change the peoples perspective of them and to change the policies for a more just, human migration policy, but more importantly you try to do it by the hand of god giving those people hope and care, that really got through to me that’s why i immediately applied
Why do you want to work here? Why should we hire you?
After doing my research about the organization i realized the importance it has, its has an international impact because you are helping people not only from Mexico but from other countries. I think the my abilities and experience are gonna be a great asset to your initiative, but i think that the most valuable thing i can contribute is my passion for helping others, a passion that drives me to do the best job i can.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Ive looked at the organizations chart and after 5 years i would like to be director or assistant directo of education. However, i would like to learn from the other areas as well because i find your initiative very interesting, for example i would like to know a little bit about he communications department, my goal is to keep improving and learning so that i can take on more responsibilities and challenges.
Tell me how you del with a tough challenge? How do you handle stress?
Well my educational background has given me the tools to stay calm when a problem surges, because whenever there’s stress, there’s the opportunity for learning and growth. Keeping a calm mind is key to assess the situation, looking for options and taking the best decisions based on that.

Im looking for a new challenge in my life, i have achieved a lot of things in this area but I want to do more¡ I want to make a bigger impact on society and I believe your initiative it’s the right place to do so.
