mischief is interfering with the lawful use of property whereas public mischief is giving police false information during an investigation

strict liability the men’s rea does not have to be proved whereas the absolute liability the person must have a guilty mind

Sobriety test including standing on one leg, drug test, or a blow test
what is theft? what does sentencing for theft depend upon? how is robbery different
theft is stealing without consent and sentencing depends upon if the theft was over or under $5k. Robbery includes violence
