MCAO will prepare and forward a letter to the U.S. Attorney requesting the UFAP warrant. To expedite this process, a UFAP can be obtained by a case Detective obtaining current copies of the complaint, warrant, and good photos of the wanted subject, and furnish this to the Deputy County Attorney at 301 West Jefferson for issuance of a letter request to the U.S. Attorney for issuance of a UFAP.
  4. From VCB supply, complete Section “A” of the UFAP Request Form, with sufficient information to support the warrant’s issuance.
