At chick fil there has been times new hires are not within a specific group who are socializing and i always make sure to say hi and give them recognition
With customers I always love to greet them when they walk in and open up with a smile

Some goals I have for myself is to continue to work on my education especially with the upcoming junior year I always find time to study
A personal goal I have is to read more, this summer I plan to read 15 books as last summer I managed to read 10
I would also work on not putting to much on myself and giving myself credit for even the small accomplishments

I always aspire to do the best in everything, sometimes at school I would over do a assignment until I realized I wouldn’t have enough time

I work on this though by reminding myself of the time I have on a task and noting what I could’ve done better for the future.
WEAKNESS (SECOND)
Another weakness is I sometimes am more reserved and shy at first, but with my past experience with a job I opened up and I don’t view it as a weakness because it never stops me from easily communicating and interacting with customers or people when I need to.

Even at school I always love the opportunity to work with other peers and interact socially but efficiently to complete the project.

How do you do in fast paced environments?
I work well in fast paced environments,
I have experience working at chick fil a which gave me an idea of how to work in a fast paced environment every time I worked.
I organize myself mentally and prepare on how I go about the tasks needed to get done and how to get them done in order to efficiently satisfy customers and help my coworkers.
What does your coffee experience look like?
I have made coffee multiple times in the simple at home coffee maker
I tried making blends of milk or chocolate to coffee trying new recipes a couple times
My coffee experience is not very high compared to the experienced barista but I have seen content from baristas and I would be interested to learn how to make coffee.
WHY HIRE YOU
I have a lot to offer given my past experience in a fast food restaurant (working as a cashier, preparing drinks, cleaning, taking orders, serving, working at drive thru)
I love the idea that when working with Starbucks the culture is to have the small yet significant form of connection which is something I always have in mind working with customers.
I love Starbucks and plan to become a sufficient worker and always grow to improve.
Not only will I be able to interact with English speaking customers but I would also be able to welcome and help Spanish speaking customers.
