I currently am a preschool swim coach at shrewsbury aquatic, teaching swimming

on facebook i saw an advertisement in a 784 job vacancy group
what interests you about being a front desk employee
i love the idea of being the friendly face that greets guests
being able to interact with different people everyday
this role offers the chance to make a positive impact on guests experience
why should we hire you for this role
will be a great fit for this role because the the computer skills of learned like excel, spreadsheet, google docs, slides etc
along with my approachable and friendly demeanor
are all important skills and traits for this role
how familiar are you with the hotel industry
i do not have direct experience working within the hotel industry however i believe the skills ive learned from previous jobs can be applied to the role
for example with painting you have to be detail oriented and observant
with swimming ensuring the safety and well being of children in the same way i would guests
what is your greatest achievement in your career
my greatest achievement in my career is working at shrewsbury
in the short time ive been there ive learned alot of leadership being able to lead a class
leading a class of kids requires patience and adapting to different personalities
what does customer service mean to you
to me customer service is all about making sure that the guest is comfortable and satisfied
and ensuring the best possible experience
long term career goals
my long term career goals is to maintain a stable job possibly here
being able to grow with a company, and taking on more responsibilities

they offer two categories of room styles, junior suites ocean front and classic double rooms ocean view which is wheelchair accessible
their amenities include a pool, spa, a gym, a coffee shop restaurant and bar
also has a conference room with a capacity of 20

you can have breakfast from 7-10 am
lunch from 12:30 - 2:30 pm
dinner 7 - 10 pm
theres also a barbecue buffet and saturdays
