Receiving the Eucharist strengthens our bonds with the Lord which helps us to serve the poor better.

make sacrifices of spiritual and material things
How does a person ‘take up his or her cross’?-
to the things we don’t want to do but are right and not complaining.
What is Natural Law in relation to morality?
Morality is a system of rules for good conduct. Natural law is the understanding of right and wrong
