Our monthly goal is 3 clients and I average around 5-7.

About $100k to $300k
How do you market?
Cold Calls and Cold Emails
How many cold calls do you send a day and out of those calls how many are interested?
About 100 a day and I get 3-5 interested prospects
How many emails do you send a day and out of those calls how many are interested?
About 1000 emails a day and about 1-2 interested prospects
How do you assist the recruitment team with the recruitment process?
I primarily focus on capturing new business opportunities however at times I help the recruiters with calling and qualifying prospective candidates.
Tell me about your position at WP Recruitment Firm?
I’m currently a Business Development Representative. A typical day at WP consists of following up on clients via email and phone.
After that I typically begin my process of sending out about 1000 new emails through the use of various softwares that allow me to compile lists of emails, clean them and send them out in bulk.
After I send my emails I start my cold calls and complete my daily goal of about 100 cold calls.
Can you tell me about a problem you had to solve?
A client that I secured was trying lowball for some nursing positions and I had to go back and forth with them to finally negotiate a higher salary and a signing bonus to make the position competitive so our recruiters will not have a hard time trying to source these candidates.

By making cold calls and sending cold emails to decision makers.
