Explain questions
Theses are usually worth (2/3 marks).

A

Make a point either by defining the key term or giving examples of the key term. (AO1)
Then explain the impact on the business using ‘BECAUSE’ or ‘SO’ or ‘THEREFORE’. (A03a)
IF they’re worth three marks.
Make a point, say WHY and then APPLY your knowledge to the case study as an example. (AO2)
