Why is Pomodoro an important tool for us?
Pomodoro is a tool that can help IIH employees to fight the distractions at work and be able to focus on work tasks, when the focus is actually there. Despite of that it’s maybe not the 25 minutes that work for all employees, as some people can be in a flow state of mind for a longer or shorter period of time.
What is the fourth value, curiosity?
It’s newly added, but covers that we need to be curious. In the company we should strive to be curious about the industry, our clients, new knowledge and everything related to improve our business.

Henrik said pesos are important but not the most important - people are more important.
What actions will we take to be one - consistent IIH rather than 3 - field-oriented?
We will do a lot of knowledge sharing activities and change the way of working on the project so they are more agile.
