A list of personnel permitted to draw an important key e.g. Galley, paint store
Magazine key log
A list of personnel permitted to draw a magazine key e.g. ammunition, pyrotechnics
Security key log
A list of personnel permitted to draw security keys any room with a safe e.g. ships office, armoury
RADHAZ log
Used for personnel going into RADHAZ zones or working aloft
Rough log
Which holds hourly readings for the weather e.g. temperature, wind speed and direction, sea state
Security rounds log
Signed by the officer of the day and duty personnel on completion of rounds
Daily occurrence log
Used to record all out of routine incidents. No personal details
Duty ashore log
Filled in by personnel proceeding ashore on duty or during working hours

Used during silent hours where a person requires a shake to be waken up
