How did Jesus proclaim the Kingdom of God?

Jesus came to proclaim that God’s Kingdom was coming in his very person. Jesus proclaimed the Good News in short sayings known as aphorisms. He also taught his message in important sermons like the Sermon on the Mount. Many of his teachings are also found in short stories known as parables. Jesus taught in words, but his deeds were powerful messages, too.
