Describe an experiment to deteremine plancks constant

A

With an LED in a circuit, connect the LED to a resistor and power pack.
at threshold voltage (when LED turns on), W=eV
record minimum voltage to turn on LED with a black tube over it so light is more clear
with different LEDs of known wavelengths, repeat experiment
plot a graph of V against 1/wavelength
