Preparation - Interview guide - Provide interviewee with information Interviewing - Questions -Why, how, who, when etc. - Ask for examples - Write down short reflections immediately after Analysis - Transcribe - Coding Reporting - Get back to the interviewee with the data

Structured = Very structured, no deviations from question order, no clarification or additional questions Unstructured = The interviewee guides the interview, good if long narratives are needed, less structured Semi-structured = Possible to make comparison and link different concepts, allows for open-ended responses
