A

The bill is sent to house or senate. Both houses go over the bill and decide a yes or no vote. If yes the bill is then sent to the conference committee. A new bill is made and senate + house vote on new bill. The the bill is sent it the presidentThe president can either veto the bill or sign it. If he vetos it the house and senate both need a 2/3 vote to override it
