During engine start, use when starter relay fails to open at 44% N2.

In flight, use when both engines flame out / fail.
DUAL ENGINE FAILURE QRC
Inflight, use when a thrust reverser deploys.
INFLIGHT REVERSER DEPLOY QRC
Inflight, use when a jam has occurred in either the pitch or roll control.
JAMMED PITCH/ROLL QRC
Use for an uncommanded stabilizer trim input.
STAB TRIM RUNAWAY QRC
Use for commencing a rapid descent with the red Cabin Altitude or Emergency Descent messages.
