For flights that will enter the QN AOR, NV TWR shall:
- force a strip to QN APP and obtain approval request AND
- bring FPL straight to co-ord AND
- if applicable instruct flight to maintain FL250 to QN VOR AND
- populate the IFL in FPL with FL250 or alternative coordinated IFL AND
- activate the flight on departure

There is no requirement for co-ord with Area

Prior to entering QN CTA/C, the pilot of the parachute dropping aircraft shall request a Clearance and advise their requested altitudes to QN APP on 125.75

Phraseology “cleared wanaka parachute sector, climb to LEVEL may be used.

Pilot must remain within the boundary of the WPS.

Pilot will report when “ two minutes to drop”. Pilot will advise when clear.

When traffic permits a drop and descent clearance will be issued. For expedition ATC may combine the clearance to climb, drop and descend into one clearance.

The drop and descent authorises the pilot to enter PDA and conduct the parachute drop.

Drop aircraft will remain above all chutes until clear off CTA!/C
