→ they may be active in PJ or have interes that may be positevly or negativly affected by completion

→ Plant LC has 3 phaes:

  1. Project
  2. Excercise
  3. Dismantling

→Project LC starts during the PJ phase of the Plant LC

  1. Concept
  2. Design or Planning
  3. Implementation Or Execution
  4. Commision/Handover/Termination

BUT:
PLC can also be during the Exercise phase with majour refurbishments

Dismantling can be PJ
→ with aspetos or radiation is not normal

A

Power: SH can can change things/processes in event in the PJ

Leigitmacy: SH have authority

Urgency: SH want that their interest are heard and fastly integrated

→ all are dnyamic and subject to change
