Duress word passed over the phone (Active)/ Do not answer in 7 rings (Passive), Duress PIN, Misauthenticate, Activate duress alarm/unannounced alarm activation

Line interrupt, indicates there was an unexpected interruption in panel communication

Advantor Suite for Networks - the suite of software applications that work together to program, manage, and monitor your installations alarms
How often do you conduct an ASN server rotation?
Required only in the event of a catastrophic failure to primary monitoring computer
What does a device lose connection with when it is down?
Loses connection with equipment (computer) and the Alarm Resolution

500 - Funds Storage over $100,000
300 - Other Facilities
You have three alarms going off at the at the same time, which one do you dispatch to first?
- Respond to highest priority level, if all PL are the same, respond in the order in which the alarms were received
- If police desk has additional information that seem to indicate to a lower priority alarm is an actual situation
- Desk personnel can adjust response priority as they deem necessary
If you are about to conduct a changeover and there is a down device in the down device area, what do you do?
Ensure down device was annotated in pass-on book as well as AF 3136 maintenance log by off going shift, and ensure S-5 is aware
