Distal ends of the tibia, Inner aspect of both Medial malleolus and Lateral malleolus (fibula) proximally and the body of the talus distally.

Give the attachment of the medial collateral ligament
A
Has a deep and superficial layers both originating from the apex of the medial malleolus. Deep layer to all of the medial aspect of the Talus. Superficial layer to tubersoity of navicular anteriorly, sustentaculum tali and medial border of the Talus posteriorly
