Goods are tangible (physical items we can touch and feel) items that businesses make/grow for us consumers to buy and use e.g. a laptop.

A
Services are intangible items that businesses provide for us to use e.g. a bus service. A service is where someone or a business does work on your behalf in return for a fee.
