What are your personal weaknesses?
I’m not a huge fan of presenting in front of large groups or unfamiliar people…. I can and have done it its just not something I particularly enjoy
What do you think will be the biggest challenges in the role?
Rather than challenges I see the priorities as….
Getting to speed with the UK Application portfolio the workload and how our resource is utlised.
Establishing the necessary relationships with Global IT colleagues to make the role work.
Gaining the relevant understanding of the other sites especially BSC & Lisnafillan
What do you think will be your greatest strengths in the role?
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of C&TM and the key people
- Market knowledge and relationships with other functional areas. Worked with HR lead, Legal Lead and the finance lead.
- Knowledge of Crewe function and other satellite sites such as CPM in Thame.
- I think because I have the commercial understanding I’m better able to assist with articulating the commercial opportunity to identify needs.
