acute - 6 Ps pallor, pararesthesia, pershingly cold, pulseless, pain, paralysis other factors- sweatiness, heair loss ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION worse at night non healing wounds

1 is normal
positive bergers test- <20 degrees when leg turns pale and or pulseless -normally happens at 90 degrees
bloods- clotting factors, ESR, llipids

treat cause smoking cessation diabetic treatment, anti hypertensives anti platelet- aspirin clopidgrel angioplasty balloon stent surgery nafifidrofyl oxlate
