Q

Give a movement example that shows Larbi’s use of Pedestrian movements - Brown influence, tanz theatre, juxtaposition of beauty and harsh reality to explore human conditions.

A

There are multiple platforms of different levels. 6 dancers stand on one platform each in a statuesque position. Larbi walks around the dancers with a chisel and a hammer, chiseling the dancers where they move positions. Another man has a drill and he holds it to the dancer’s hip, provoking him to sit down.
