a resistor that changes resistance as temperature changes.

To emit sound

What does a fixed resistor do?
It is a resistor who’s resistance stays the same.
This allows it to limit the flow of current in an electrical circuit.
What does variable resistor/rheostat do?
controlsamount of eectric current flwoing in a circuit or through a component.
What does a fuse do? and purpose
A fuse is a safety device, which melts or blows if current in the circuit exceeds a specified value.
Its purpose is to protect the circuit and its components from damage due to excessive current.
What does a heater do in terms of energy
Transfers electrical energy into thermal energy as a useful form.
What does an LDR do?
Light dependant resistor whos resistance changes as light intensity level changes.
This changes the amount of current flowing through circuit.
What does a capacitor do?
Stores charge
What does 2 cells mean
2 or more cells means its a battery.
