Level 2 answer - No, we went for private treaty because that is what the client instructed us to do

Level 3 - we didn’t go to auction because at the time COVID prevented us from having an auction in situ and looking back on it, it was the right thing to do and those purchasers wouldn’t have been able to compete and there may have only been one bidder so reserve may not have been met
