Britain had no proper roads before the romans. Roman roads were over 10,000 miles and were straight as it is quicker to get around.

The British people were Pagans before but Christianity arrived to Britain in the 2nd century. If you got caught believing in Christianity, you would be executed. In AD313, it was declared that Christianity was free to worship.
