  • Using a big cauldron, mix various gooey and ghoulish ingredients to create the perfect concoction.
  • Warm up faces in preparation for the big change (blow up as big as a pumpkin, shrink and shrivel like a raisin)

Who was Jack?

A

Stingy Jack - an Irish blacksmith who tricked the devil and trapped him up a tree. Jack did a deal with him. He would let the devil go, but only if the devil would promise not to take him to hell when he died. Jack died, but was too bad to go to heaven. But couldn’t go to hell either. So he was stuck in the dark, and the devil gave him a coal to light his way. Jack put the coal into his favourite food - pumpkins - and lit his way.
