how is COPD prognosis assessed?
A
FEV1 = single most important factor in determing prognosis
FEV1<40% = severe obstruction

What is dx?
32 yr old women with 2 day hx of progressive R eye pain, redness. Several weeks of nonproductive cough.
PE: R pupil constricted, reacts sluggishly to light. L eye is normal, pen light exam causes R eye discomfort
several small, tender nodules on shins.
CXR - bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy

Anterior uveitis secondary to Sarcoidosis
–inflammation of the iris and ciliary body
