A. Trachiobronchial: Neck & anterior chest
B. Pleural: More Constant chest
C. Diaphragmatic Pleura: Costal Pain, sharp pain to traps and shoulder.
What are 5 Pulmonary RED FLAGS that will need immediate referral?
- Rapid drop in BP with weak rapid pulse
- Confusion with decreased ventilation
- Fainting/Unconsciousness
- Diaphoresis with other respiratory symptoms.
- Hyperventilation without pain or anxiety (uncontrollable).

Cor pulmonale: R ventrical hypertophy leading to pulmonary hypertension.

pH: 7.35 - 7.45
pCO2: 35 - 45 mmHg
