  2. Clear on auscultation and low O2 sats
  3. Weak pulse

A
  1. Chest Xray - Oligaemic ( lacking blood because of stenosis in pulmonary valve )
  2. CBG - acidotic, hypoxic
  3. Echo - critical PS
  4. ECG - Right ventricular hypertrophy
