• R heart failure with JVD • Hypotension • Anxious/restless/confused • Hypoxia • Poor peripheral perfusion • Hemoptysis with pulmonary infarction

• Anticoagulation • IVC filters - prevent recurrence • Cautious fluid management • Hemodynamically compromised – Thrombolytics – Embolectomy – Vasoactive/inotropic support
