46 M evaluated for TIA in setting of hemoptysis. Telangiectasias are on the lips. Lungs are clear and neuro and cardiac exam are normal. Lab exam reveals polycythemia and arterial PO2 68mmHg. Chest x ray shows 3 cm nodule. What is next step

Pulmonary AVM treat symptomatic or large AVM >2cm w embolotherapy or surgery
