Parainfluenza infection of larynx and trachea.

DX = Clinical

TRX: 
IF MILD (no stridor at rest) --> IM or PO steroids + Humidified air

IF MOD/SEVERE (stridor at rest) IM or PO Steroids + Nebulized Epinephrine.
