A

The 1998 Copyright Term Extension Act was the result of political lobbying by Disney - in reference to the soon-to-expire copyright to their Mickey Mouse character; it lead to the extension of copyright to 70 years after the death of the author or 75 years after it’s first publication if copyright is owned by a corporation.
